Check the space around a bike-light mount
Check a bicycle light's dimensions, supplied bracket and the actual handlebar setup before assuming everything will fit.
Updated:

Start with the whole handlebar arrangement
Before adding a bicycle light, make a record of the handlebar and the accessories already fitted. Include the exact light and mount you are considering, rather than only the lamp's brand name. A neat product photograph can hide the space needed by a bracket, cable, control or another accessory. The useful buying question is whether the documented mount and actual arrangement are compatible. Do not answer it by comparing the apparent size of objects photographed at different angles or with different lenses.
Knog Blinder900 specifications ?

Read dimensions without inventing a clearance
Knog lists the Blinder900 body as 110 mm by 27 mm by 27 mm, with a stated weight of 167 g. These figures help identify the physical item, but they do not describe every installed clearance or the load allowed by an accessory mount. Keep the manufacturer's orientation labels with the dimensions and consult the mounting instructions. A body length does not tell you how far the light projects from every bracket. If a listing gives only a photograph or a general compatibility phrase, ask for the exact mount information before ordering.
Confirm which pieces are supplied
The current Knog product page lists a bar mount and a GoPro-style mount in the box. That inclusion does not establish compatibility with every computer mount, handlebar shape or third-party adapter. Record the model identifiers of any additional parts and check the relevant manufacturers' instructions. Ask the seller to identify what is included in the quoted package, particularly if the product is sold as part of a bundle. A package that requires another compatible part can differ meaningfully from one that includes the parts needed for your documented arrangement.
Use pictures to explain the question
Take clear photographs of your own handlebar setup for the seller or qualified mechanic, showing the surrounding controls as well as the proposed location. The archive images here show different lights and brackets. They illustrate why mounting hardware belongs in the enquiry, but they are not photographs of the Knog example and do not establish its installation method. We have not tested any pictured mount. Follow the actual instructions and obtain qualified help if the installation could interfere with controls or cannot be resolved from the documentation.

Keep installation and purchase decisions connected
Save the confirmed light, bracket and any required adapter in the same purchase file. Compare the delivered AUD total for that complete package rather than only the lamp price. When the equipment arrives, check the supplied pieces against the order and read the instructions before fitting. Do not improvise an attachment based on a similar-looking mount in a review. If the parts or arrangement differ, return to the manufacturer or seller for clarification. This record can prevent an incomplete order and make a fitting enquiry precise, but it does not certify an installation, determine road visibility or replace the equipment's own mounting requirements.
